About Me
My name is Matthew Roche and I’m a health and nutrition coach.
I’m not a fancy celebrity trainer. I’m not a fitness model. I’m a regular blue-collar guy who works long hours, gets my hands dirty, and still finds time to take care of my health
My goal is to be able to share with you how you can do this too.
By day I’m a commercial driver for a trussing company, and I’m also currently pursuing a career
in Firefighting.

my approach
I know what it’s like to put in long hours, come home sore and tired, and still lace
up the boots the next morning.
I’ve learned that staying strong and healthy isn’t just for athletes or influencers. It's for everyone - the 9-5 workers, the tradespeople and the ones grinding it out every day who still have a family and a full life to come home to after work.
I started helping people because I wanted to create a space where people could find real no-BS advice on training, nutrition, and mindset.
Just practical tools that fit into a busy life that’s actually affordable, realistic and fitted for
you specifically!

how i train
When it comes to coaching, I believe it’s more than just sharing knowledge, anyone can spit out information they found on the internet.
A coach isn’t just someone who knows the science and who’s sifted through all the garbage fitness advice out there on social media, it’s someone
who helps you create change.
Someone who sees your potential, pushes you past your limits,
and walks beside you while you build the version of yourself you didn’t think was possible, and who can work around your schedule of course.
Everyone is different with their own needs and there’s no true “one diet fits all” approach, and I’m here to help you find what works best for you, something that doesn’t just work, but that’s maintainable long term.
